Can polymer chemroad be used without Cement?

Polymer chemroad was designed only to use with cement. It’s invented to enhance the bonding of cement treated soil. Polymer chemroad is mixed to the soil with measured amount of Portland cement and water compacted to a high density. When the cement hydrates it’ll uniform a strong, durable slab-like material base. Shrinkage cracking occurring by nature of soil-cement is solved. At this point polymer chemroad appears to better control cracks and water penetration into those cracks. The pavement and the road base will be durable.
